Greetings and namaste!
​Having navigated many changes, overcome losses, grief, curveballs, I understand the process of growth and transformation firsthand.

I've tangled with overthinking,
shook off perfectionism and
creatively moved forward,
I bring deep compassion in serving you!

My favorite before /after work activities are: Nature walks and connecting with my family, dance, meditation, music, reading, travelling and catching up with friends!​​​​​​​​​​​​

I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psych from India and a Master's in Agency Counseling from USA.
​​
After years as an Outpatient Clinician, I transitioned to training and coaching and became a Certified Professional Coach.
​​​​​
Working for a national EAP, I facilitated training for client organizations on topics including:
*Change management
*Stress management
*Communication
*Building effective teams

I am also certified in facilitating Guided Imagery, a form of visualization I use to help people to prevent burnout, promote relaxation and personal growth.
​​​​​​My grandmother, a quiet revolutionary inspires me to this day. She established a pioneering music institution by women for women when it wasnt commonly accepted.
​My mother became a celebrated singer
and ​​​​​​successfully carried my Grandmother's torch forward!
Their stories shaped my belief that when women embrace their creative power, they rise & uplift others.
As professionals, mothers, and change makers, we have the potential to create positive ripples in our families, communities and our world!​​​
