What is Gym For My Soul? ​
Gym For My Soul, December 2025 is a three week guided imagery and nervous-system reset program designed to help busy parents, caregivers, and healthcare workers to step out of chronic stress and return to a grounded sense of calm.

Each weekly 30 minute session blends:

Live, guided imagery led by Tejashree in our call

A short integration activity (reflection prompt or micro-practice)

Optional community support via a private Facebook group

​​​2} Do not drive or operate any heavy machinery while engaging in our guided imageries/visualizations.
It is best to sit or lie down in a safe place where you will be undisturbed for about 8 to 15 minutes.
You will benefit from giving yourself 2-5 minutes before and especially after the guided visualization to rest/integrate as possible.
​​3} There is no absolute right or wrong in imageries. While Tejashree may guide you to visualize something, you are
always free to follow your best judgment. Take only what works and resonates for you and release what doesn’t.
Note: You can end your experience of the imagery if it doesn’t work for you by simply taking a few moments to gently, slowly and quietly come out of the imagery.

This program will support you to to release stress and begin or deepen your connection with your inner wisdom.
However, we highly recommend engaging coaching to align mindsets, energy, actions consistently for desired outcomes & sustainable growth.
