Hello and namaste!
I am the founder and coach at TCM Evolving LLC.
Having navigated many changes, overcome losses, grief, curveballs, I understand the process of growth and transformation firsthand.

Being curious about human beings and having studied Psychology, I actively composted and integrated my life learnings into who I am becoming.

I've tangled with overthinking,
danced with perfectionism,
found my way through,
and bring deep compassion, my enthusiasm for life and growth in serving you!

My favorite before /after work activities are: connecting with my family, meditation, nature walks, music, dance, reading, travelling and catching up with friends!​​​​​​​​​​​​

I have two Masters Degrees in Psychology, one in Clinical Psych from India and one in Counseling from USA.

I transitioned to training and coaching in 2005, trained and later Certified as a Personal & Professional Coach from Coaches Training Institute [CTI], a top Coaching school in USA.

Tejashree has 15 + years of professional work experience.
In the last several years,
I facilitated training for organizations on topics including:
*Change management
*Stress management
*Communication Skills
*Building effective teams

Further, I am also certified in facilitating Guided Imagery, a form of visualization I use to empower stress release, relaxation and growth.
​​​​​​My grandmother, Tai Aaji, a quiet revolutionary inspires me to this day. She pursued music professionally at a time when it was neither common nor considered respectable for women in India. When a male accompanist refused to play with her at a job interview, she fearlessly sang and played the tabla and earned the position. That experience led her to establish a pioneering music institution by women for women. ​My mother became a celebrated singer
and ​​​​​​successfully carried my Grandmother's torch forward!
Their stories shaped my belief that when women embrace their creative power, they rise & uplift others.
